 | | • Joy qualified as a Chartered Accountant following graduation from Manchester University.
• Spent 13 years as CFO, responsible for organisational change, and reporting to the Boards of city based firms
• Traded financial futures and options for her own account.
• Became a systems focused change management consultant within a city based consultancy firm and performed several roles in a major investment bank.
• Studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to Master Business Practitioner level and Advanced level Hypnotherapy and Counselling for application in people development.
• Appointed Director of Change Management within the consultancy firm, focusing on developing individuals;
which led to
• Working with Joy Ltd., which Joy set up to focus exclusively on the people development area, operating both in the UK (from Harley St, London; Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire; & Bracknell, Berkshire) & onsite or overseas by special arrangement.
